Clubhouse has a kitchen which includes full refrigerator, stove and microwave. Access to tables and chairs.

Who can rent:
Must be a BWG adult homeowner/resident.
Homeowner's account must be paid in full prior to rental.
An adult is required on site for all youth functions.
Rental fee:
Hourly rate with a $150.00 deposit, paid in advance
Payment:
Payments must be paid with a money order
Damage Deposit:
Deposit is refundable if clubhouse is properly cleaned and there is no property damage.
Note: Pool is not included as part of the clubhouse rent
